A join process using the 'Join Field' tool with a layer file created using the 'Make Feature Layer' geoprocessing tool with an expression returns incorrect results.

The issue is fixed and no longer reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.Workaround
- Use the Query Table tool to create a layer to ensure the join made with it returns correct values.
- Use the Make Feature Layer tool to create the layer.
- Export the created layer into a new feature class.
- Use the exported feature class in the join.
