Bug
A hosted tile layer created from the Share As > Tile Package dialog box in ArcGIS Desktop 10.5 gradually misses tiles on the southern end of the extent when zooming in to larger scales.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Create the tile package using the Tile Cache toolset tools.
