A custom print service with embedded credentials published from ArcGIS Pro to a standalone ArcGIS Server site fails to print web services that use Integrated Windows Authentication.

This issue is not reproducible. 1) It is highly recommended to upgrade to a newer release, e.g. version 11.5 or 12.0 or later. 2) Create custom print service based off PrintingTools.atbx found inside \Resources\ArcToolBox\Templates\PrintService. 3) Finally, not sure if it is a typo or not, it appears from the reproducible steps that the credentials were not stored with the .ags file. Ensure to use a 'user connection' type in the .ags file's Properties and both user name and passwords are stored with the 'connection file'. Do not ONLY save them in 'Windows Credential Manager'. If the issue is still encountered after taking all necessary steps, kindly call back to Esri Support.
