Description

When launching ArcGIS Pro 1.3 on a Windows 7 operating system, the application crashes.

Cause

Microsoft Windows patch KB2533623 (Microsoft Security Advisory 2269637) is not installed.
 

Workaround

Install Windows patch KB2533623.
