Solution or Workaround

To resolve this issue, reinstall SQL Server Compact on the mobile device from the Deployment Manager.

1. Navigate to Start > Programs > ArcGIS > ArcPad<version number>.
2. Click Deployment Manager.
3. Expand the Install SQL Server Compact for Windows Mobile option and select Install SQL Server Compact for Windows Mobile.

4. Click Deploy.
