• What username and password should I use?
  Use your ESRI Global Account username and password when logging into the ESRI Support Center.
  
  
• What should I do if I forget my username or password?
  Click the "Recover Username / Reset Password" link that appears below the "Login" button. You'll be asked to provide some information. An e-mail will then be sent to you with your username and a new temporary password.
  
  
• I don't have an ESRI Global Account. How do I get one?
  Click the "Create a new ESRI Global Account" link that appears below the "Login" button.
