[ESRI-L] Map projection
2009-10-29 04:37:00.0
I have river data which has map projection as Clarke 1886 map projection as well as sewer data with transverse mercator. I tried to change river projection to be the same with transerse mercator. What happens is that both maps do appear on arcmap but when I tried to zoom it up, river map disappears. How can I make my projections compatible? Can somebody come to my rescue?

[ESRI-L] Error in viewshed
2009-10-29 02:34:00.0
Hi, i'm getting an error message when I do the Viewshed analysis.
I did the Hillshade, marked the tower locations using points shp file, and entered data in the towers attribute table by adding fields OFFSETA, OFFSETB. Then, when I did the Spatial Analyst > Viewshed, the error message appears, saying "Error in executing grid expression. No valid Obeservation points present. Point 5 with coordinates 0.000, -0.115901954612E+25 is NODATA.". Please held me in correcting the error. Thanks
