HowTo: Convert a line feature to a polygon feature at the ArcEditor license level

Summary
Procedure
- Create a new empty polygon shapefile or feature class, making sure to apply the correct coordinate system.
- Add the existing line feature and the newly created polygon layer to a map document.
- Start an edit session and set the target to the polygon shapefile or feature class.
- Right-click the polyline layer in the table of contents and select Selection > Select All.
- Add the Topology toolbar.
- Click the Construct Features icon on the Topology toolbar.
-show me- - In the Construct Features dialog box, select 'Create new polygons from selected features' and click OK.
- Save edits and stop editing.
