Description

Attempting to load a raster with a data depth of two bits fails with this error message:

“Operation Failed”

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution or Workaround

  1. Write a script to save the raster dataset to another data type, such as 4-bit, using Raster::SaveAs.
  2. Load the resulting output raster dataset into the database.
