  • From Anna Booth on 10/12/2006:
I read restrictions 9.2-download data from map services in the ArcGIS Desktop ArcMap.We contract IMS host.We download to 1)compare files to verify most current updates are made.2)make sure we edit the latest data file. Exported in case our host added a field they need at their end.3)not have to produce disks each time someone needs the data(savings to taxpayers). We need to download and should not have to pay for, an ext.,script,etc. that gives us what we once had.Anna Booth,City of Vicksburg,MS
