The intent of this document is to provide a list of current Hot Topics with ArcGIS 9 and to quickly and briefly answer some of the more frequently asked questions about ArcGIS 9, while at the same time, directing you to specific documents to learn more. This document will be updated periodically as more questions are asked or new documentation becomes available. Updated on March 22, 2005.

March 22, 2005 - Updated the Service Pack section to point to the now published Service Packs.

December 10, 2004 - Updated the Service Pack section to point to the now published Service Packs; added information about the upcoming 9.0.1 and 9.1 releases.

August 6, 2004 - Updated the Service Pack section to point to the now published Service Packs.

July 9, 2004 - Added links to the list of bugs that will be fixed in upcoming Service Pack and added a section on ArcGIS extensions.

July 1, 2004 - Added information about upcoming service packs and updated a hot topic with a link to recently published patch.

June 25, 2004 - Added the Hot Topics section and added 2 FAQs for Map Export format at ArcGIS 9.

May 28, 2004 - Added FAQs for ArcGIS 9 Product Documentation and the printed books available with ArcGIS 9.
