There are two options for our users in the United States:

Option #1 - Online Support Request Form

Maintenance users (who's this?) and paid support subscribers can use our Online Support Request Form.

  • It's convenient. Submit your request any time, no waiting.
  • It's fast. Use a saved System Profile (how?) and most of the form is filled out for you.
  • It's accurate. Every detail gets through, including any attachments you send.

From 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday*, call our Support Service Representatives to submit your support request over the phone.

  • Software Maintenance
    Users must be current on their maintenance (what's this?) in order to submit a support request. You can review your maintenance terms online through the ESRI Customer Care portal. For more information on ESRI's Software maintenance Program, click here.
