There are two options for our users in the United States:
Who are "Maintenance users"?
This term refers to users who are current on their
maintenance contract. Most ESRI products include
one year of maintenance by default. To inquire into the status of your maintenance contract(s), visit the
Customer Service Site, or call ESRI Support at 1-888-377-4575.
How do I create and use a System Profile?
A System Profile lets you store information about your hardware/software right in the Support Center, making it easier to submit a support request. There are three steps to create a System Profile:
- Use the Login link at the top of this page to log into the Support Center.
- At the top of the page, click "Account Overview", then click "System Profiles".
- Click "Add new system profile" and fill out the form.
You can create as many system profiles as you need. To use a saved profile when completing the Online Support Request form, simply select the desired profile when prompted.
Maintenance users (who's this?) and paid support subscribers can use our Online Support Request Form.
- It's convenient. Submit your request any time, no waiting.
- It's fast. Use a saved System Profile (how?) and most of the form is filled out for you.
- It's accurate. Every detail gets through, including any attachments you send.

Software Maintenance
