If "Remember these settings for each visit" is checked, the selected Products, Areas and Display options may still be selected next time you visit the Support Center.
If you visit the Support Center frequently and want to use the same search settings each time you visit, this feature can help you get better search results with less hassle. After setting your Search Options, check the "Remember these settings?" box and then click "Apply and Close", or just click Go to perform your search. The text (customized) will appear below the search textbox, indicating that your custom search options will be used when you perform your search.
If the "Remember these settings" box is unchecked, your Search Options settings will remain in effect until the browser is closed, and will be reset to defaults the next time you open a browser and visit the Support Center.
