The ArcGIS Parcel Model provides a data model to help users manage land parcels using ArcGIS. The Land Records Resource Center is the current location for design templates and best practices information for land records.

With the launch of the Resource Center, the ArcGIS Parcel Data Model was updated and is available as a template you can download and use on your project. We will continue to add content to the Resource Center and encourage you to participate in this online community.

The data model experiences, examples and case studies that were used in the development of the early versions of the ArcGIS Parcel Data Model have been captured in the updated templates that are available on the Resource Center. For more information on the basic concepts and underlying principles of land parcel data management, please take a look at the ESRI Press book by Nancy Von Meyer called GIS and Land Records.

Downloads - Case Studies

The Resource Center contains implementation templates, tools and best practices to help with your implementation. If you would like to see prior implementation examples or documentation from past projects, please email the Land Records Resource Center Team.
