ImageNotFound: The platform image <name> is not available. Verify that all fields in the storage profile are correct

Error Message

When deploying an ArcGIS Enterprise image from Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure, an "Operation Failed" message is returned which reads:

ImageNotFound: The platform image <string> is not available. Verify that all fields in the storage profile are correct.

Cause

Due to updates to the infrastructure of Microsoft Azure, ArcGIS Enterprise images from Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure are patched with security updates. A notification requesting an update to Cloud Builder was sent to users. Systems that were not updated may return the error, as the patched images cannot be accessed from the outdated Cloud Builder.

Solution or Workaround

Uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure. For assistance with this workflow, refer to the web help document in the Related Information section below.
