Is it possible to ungroup clustered points in Esri Business Analyst Web App?
Answer
After adding points to a map in Esri Business Analyst Web App, sometimes the symbology shows as clustered and labeled with the number of points that have been combined into one symbol.
It is not possible to ungroup clustered points in the Esri Business Analyst Web App. For users who need more labeling functionality, maps can be shared to ArcGIS Online. Working with the map in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer allows more options to visualize points, and the points do not cluster. To share a map from Esri Business Analyst Web App to ArcGIS Online, follow the steps below:
- In Business Analyst Web App, create a map with points. For example, using the workflow for Import File.
- Navigate to Share map to ArcGIS on the Tool palette.
- In the Share Map window, specify the details of the map to be shared to ArcGIS Online, and click Share.
- Sign in to ArcGIS Online, and navigate to the map created in My Content. The default folder used to store the map is BA - My Maps.
- In My Content, click the drop-down arrow of the desired web map, and select Open in map viewer.
- Adjust the symbology to improve the visualization of the data. For example, use less complex or smaller symbols. For more information, refer to ArcGIS Online Help: Change Style.
- Save the web map.
