There are different versions for the Data Interoperability extension. ArcMap is a 32-bit application, and ArcGIS Pro is 64-bit, so the version of the extension depends on the application used.

To find the build number for the version of Data Interoperability extension installed with ArcMap, open ArcCatalog or ArcMap and click Customize > Extensions.
