ArcGIS Data Store Configuration Wizard URL does not open after upgrade

Description

The ArcGIS Data Store Configuration Wizard URL does not automatically open after upgrading from ArcGIS 10.3 to version 10.3.1.

Cause

The ArcGIS Data Store Windows service may not have started.

Solution or Workaround

Manually start the ArcGIS Data Store Windows service, and open the ArcGIS Data Store Configuration wizard.

  1. Open the Windows Services console, select the ArcGIS Data Store service, and click Start.
  2. Open the ArcGIS Data Store Configuration Wizard from the Windows Start menu.
