NIM078808: Compress_log table can be seen in the database connection after compressing the database

Description

When establishing a database connection after performing a compress within a geodatabase, the compress_log table is visible to the SDE or geodatabase administrator.

Cause

The visibility of the compress_log table within the database connection is as designed. At version 10.1, the compress_log table is visible in the database connection as a table for the SDE or administrative users associated with the db_owner database role in the geodatabase. Non-administrative users are not able to view this table in their database connection unless they are granted permission by the SDE or administrative user.
