The following lists describe how files in the ArcLogistics folder are affected by a repair or a re-installation of ArcLogistics Online.

Files updated/replaced by a re-installation
ArcLogistics cannot function correctly without these files.
• Help folder
• Reports folder
• Symbols folder
• Al_update.xml
• Help.xml
• Reports.xml
• Services.xml

Files not updated or replaced by a re-installation
These remain after an uninstall and must be cleaned up manually.
• Addresses folder
• History folder
• Logs folder
• Projects folder
• Al_update_user.xml
• Defaults.xml
• Import.xml
• Reports_user.xml
• Services_user.xml
• User.config

ArcLogistics folder locations:

• Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ArcLogistics

• Windows Vista and Windows 7
C:\ProgramData\ArcLogistics
