Procedure



1. Navigate to the following folder:

• For Windows Vista and Windows 7:
C:\programdata\ArcLogistics

• For Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ArcLogistics

2. Rename the ArcLogistics folder to ArcLogistics_Old.

3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ArcLogistics.

4. Rename the ArcLogistics folder to ArcLogistics_Old.

5. Reinstall ArcLogistics Online.
