PROBLEM
ArcGIS Desktop 9.x shows availability as 0 when using ArcGIS License Manager 10
Description
When using ArcGIS Desktop 9.x software with the ArcGIS License Manager 10, the availability for the concurrent use products in the Desktop Administrator show 0 (zero) licenses available, even though the software can still be used.
Cause
The version number in the licenses for the License Manager 10 cannot be properly resolved by the 9.x Desktop Administrator.
The 9.x Desktop software itself continues to function properly with the License Manager 10.
Solution or Workaround
This issue has been fixed at 9.3.1 SP2. This service pack can be downloaded at the following link: ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) 9.3.1 Service Pack.Article ID:000010988
