ArcGIS Explorer SDK code snippets are missing after installing Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1

Description

Right-click in a code window in Visual Studio 2008 and select Insert Snippet to list available categories of snippets. After installing Service Pack 1 for Visual Studio 2008, the heading 'Explorer' may be missing.

Cause

Installing Service Pack 1 for Visual Studio 2008 may reset code snippet settings.

Solution or Workaround

1. Windows XP: Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
   
   Windows Vista: Navigate to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
   
   
2. Windows XP: Select ArcGIS Explorer SDK for the Microsoft .NET Framework and click the Change button. When the install dialog box appears, click the Repair radio button and perform the repair as normal.
   
   Windows Vista: Select ArcGIS Explorer SDK for the Microsoft .NET Framework and click the Repair button. Perform the repair as normal.
