Run ArcIMS components as 32-bit applications on 64-bit Windows

Summary

Although ArcIMS 9.2 and later version are certified and supported on 64-bit machines, it has been found that certain required components for the installation of this product do not work in 64-bit environments (mainly Windows 64-bit operating systems running on machines with Xeon processors).

By running IIS in 32-bit mode, these components can be installed and operate properly.
