Business Analyst Server Map is not started

Error Message

When launching Analysis Center for Business Analyst Server, the following error message displays:

"Business Analyst Server Map is not started."

Cause

All instances of the DefaultMap map service are being used.

Solution or Workaround

• Using 'ArcGIS Server - Map Service Properties' in ArcCatalog, increase the maximum number of non-pooled instances for the DefaultMap map service.
