Can the Mobile ADF connect to ArcGIS Server for Java running on Unix or Linux?

Answer

The Mobile ADF is the developer components used to create Mobile applications. The Mobile ADF can connect to any Map Service that has the Mobile capability enabled. In ArcGIS Server 9.2, the mobile capability can be enabled on Windows for either the Java or .NET editions of ArcGIS Server. In ArcGIS Server 9.3, the mobile capability can also be enabled when ArcGIS Server is installed on Linux.
