Question

Which printers are supported with the ArcPress Printer Engine in ArcGIS Desktop 9.1?

Answer

Note:
About the ArcPress Printer Engine

The ArcPress Printer Engine provides a set of printer drivers that draws map in the native language of the printer. The native-language draw instructions are then sent to the printer, which can easily place ink on the page without subsequent heavy processing. The ArcPress engine bypasses the Windows printing pipeline, and allows for fast and reliable printing of large or complex maps. Use the ArcPress Printer engine when a map is too complex or too large to print successfully with the Windows Printer Engine.
