Error Message

When building a map service with Tele Atlas U.S. street data, the following error message is displayed:

"An internal error occurred in this Web site. Please close your current web browser session and try again."

Cause

This error occurs when trying to edit the Tele Atlas U.S. Street data service, ArcWeb:TA.Streets.US, using the ArcWeb site Builder tools. There is a known issue with editing the Tele Atlas U.S. street data source.

Solution or Workaround

1. Make a copy of the service using the '+' button in the Content Library search result table, then edit the copy.
   
   

   Note:
   Do not click the edit button in the Content Library search result table.

   
   
2. Only use the layers needed in the copied service. Some layer style information gets lost during a save; this can cause an internal error when trying to reopen the edited service after copying it.
