ArcGIS Server map services that contain rotated data frames are not supported

Description

Navigating to a rotated service results in the map displaying irregular and random images of the map service.

Cause

ArcGIS Server map services that contain rotated data frames are not supported with the Web ADF clients.

Workaround

Install Service Pack 2 for ArcGIS Server. The link for this Service Pack is in the Related Information below.
