Perform a status enquiry in the ArcGIS License Manager

Procedure

1. On the computer where the ArcGIS License Manager is installed, navigate to Start > Programs > ArcGIS > License Manager 9.x > License Manager Tools.
2. Select the 'Configuration using services' radio button, located to the right of the globe picture and then make sure the 'ArcGIS License Manager' is selected in the box that appears below.
3. Click the Server Status tab and click the 'Perform status enquiry' button. 'Display Everything' should be selected.
