Description
Note:
This issue is addressed with ArcGIS 9.1 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
Load requests to the server are not processed in the order they are received. This results in certain clients hijacking the server if a new context is immediately requested after just releasing a context, forcing other clients to queue their requests and possibly fail when the server object wait timeout has elapsed.
