Tools toolbar freezes when zooming

Description

When using a single click to zoom using the "Zoom In" tool, the Tools toolbar occasionally freezes.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Select 'Full Extent' or 'Previous Extent' which regains control of the Tools toolbar.
