FAQ: What Happens When an ArcWeb Services Account is out of Credits or the Account Expires

Answer

When an ArcWeb Services account is out of credits or an account expires, neither ArcWeb services nor parts of the ArcWeb site, for example, the Build tab, are accessible. All custom content such as data files, layers, and services become inaccessible to other users. The account owner has 30 days to buy more credits before ArcWeb deletes your content and account information.
