Symbol rotation angles applied are twice as large as specified in ArcGlobe

Description

The rotation angles are applied twice when symbols are rotated in ArcGlobe. For example: If a symbol is rotated 45 degrees, it draws as though the rotation was set to 90 degrees.

Cause

This is a known problem.

Workaround

Set the rotation angle of symbols to half the desired rotation.
