Can all work be performed in a secure HTTPS environment?

Answer

For additional security, all ArcWeb Services can be accessed using HTTPS. To use HTTPS for all ArcWeb transactions, including those on the ArcWeb site, replace HTTP in the address with HTTPS before the ArcWeb URL.

Once the ArcWeb site is accessed via HTTPS, all future site transactions will also use HTTPS.
