Using a PageLayout control with CopyrightText in the .NET ADF fails with an application error

Description

Within the .NET ADF, using a PageLayout control with CopyrightText causes an application error when interacting with the PageLayout at runtime:

"Application Error
Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

There is currently no work around for this issue.
