Access to the specified service is not available

Error Message

The WMS Viewer sample does not work with the ArcIMS 9.0 Service Pack 2 WMS Connector. A service exception is reported:

"Access to the specified service is not available"

Cause

The WMS Viewer was written for an earlier version of the WMS Connector; ArcIMS 9.0 and earlier. It does not work correctly with ArcIMS 9.0 Service Pack 2 WMS Connector.
