If buddycontrol is specified at runtime, TOC does not get updated

Description

** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **

If buddycontrol is specified at runtime, Toc does not get updated. With ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2, the BuddyControl property of the Table of Contents control is set at run-time.

This is a known issue.

Workaround
