The field calculators advanced prelogic code does not execute nested 'IF' statements

Description

The field calculator returns the wrong value when nested 'IF' statements are utilized.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Perform the calculation within an Edit session. Running the code in an Edit session returns the appropriate values.
