Why is the mouse movement slow in ArcGIS when using the Logitech mouse?

Answer

This can occur when the 'Disable Acceleration in Games' setting is checked in Logitech Mouseware.

Uncheck the 'Disable Acceleration in Games' checkbox, or uninstall Mouseware and use the default Windows driver for the mouse.
