FAQ: Why Do I See the Message "Service Not Available" in Find Address and Find Route?

Address and routing services are not available with ArcWeb Sampler package. To use Find Address and Find Route, install ArcWeb Toolbar 1.1 and verify there is an active ArcWeb Services account. Visit the ArcWeb Services product page by way of the Related Information section to learn more about downloading the current toolbar and buying ArcWeb Services.
