A server error has occurred

Error Message

When using the Locator USA Site Starter application, the following error may appear in the Web page:

"Error: A server error has occurred"

Cause

This general error will appear if there are any problems with the application.

Solution or Workaround

1. Right-click on the background of the Web page that reads "Error: A server error has occurred".
2. Choose View Source.
