Problem: ArcGIS Desktop Administrator is not populated

Description

After installing ArcGIS Desktop, the Desktop Administrator does not contain any folders nor have any options.

Cause

A string value necessary to populate the Desktop Administrator was not added during the installation.

Note:
Do not use this process to enable ArcView or ArcEditor Single-Use options within the desktop administrator. To obtain access to single-use options on an existing concurrent use installation, install the Single-Use product by running setup.exe over the existing Concurrent install.
