Frequently asked question

Why does a topology error remain after fixing a 'smaller than cluster tolerance' error in a topology?

Last Published: April 25, 2020

Answer

The feature has been moved or had it's geometry modified so that it no longer has zero area or zero length, but is still smaller than the cluster tolerance specified for the Topology. Modifying the feature such that its area or length is greater than the default cluster tolerance will result in the Must be Larger Than Cluster Tolerance error being removed on Validate.
