extract layers from a map service using the Cold Fusion Connector

Summary

When using the <CF_ARCIMS/> Cold Fusion Connector custom tag, a combination of three attributes need to be set in order to successfully extract layers from a map service.

Procedure

1. Set the attribute LayerListOrder to "True".
2. Set LayerVisibleList to the layers you wish displayed, in the order you wish them to be displayed.
3. Set LayerInvisibleList to turn off all other layers, especially layers that are listed as visible in the map configuration file. The Cold Fusion Connector documentation with ArcIMS 3.1 and 4.0 states incorrectly that this is not necessary.
