Cannot symbolize DBTheme created from multiple joined tables

Description

When attempting to symbolize a DBTheme containing columns from multiple joined tables, nothing happens.

Cause

The column name appears more than once in the theme's query definition.

Solution or Workaround

Change the column names in the source tables so all column names will be unique in the resulting DBTheme.
