Error Message
Attempting to launch ArcView returns the following error:
Error: Cannot find a writeable project directory. Please set environmental variable HOME to a writeable directory.
Cause
The HOME variable is not set to a writable location. The HOME variable is the location where ArcView attempts to store projects.
