ArcToolbox help contains characters such as Related Topics!ALink

Description

This problem has been resolved with a downloadable update. See the Related Information section for the the Product Documentation download location, then select ArcInfo Desktop, then find Version 8.2 Updates for ArcToolbox Help System.

The ArcToolbox help system that shipped with ArcGIS 8.2 is missing a number of help topics.

Also, the words "Related Topics!ALink" appear at the bottom of certain help files.

Example:

Related Topics!ALink(atb_renumberNodes_toolhelp;atb_clean_toolhelp;atb_createPolygonLabels_toolhelp;atb_LinecovToRegion_toolhelp)

This is a known issue.
