Geodatabase Annotation located near corners of extent drops off when data frame is rotated

Description

Rotating a data frame, using Data Frame properties > General tab or Data Frame tools, causes some Geodatabase annotation to disappear.

Cause

Only annotation in the orginal non-rotated rectangular extent is displayed.

Workaround

This issue has been resolved in ArcGIS Version 8.1.2.
