PROBLEM
Curved coverage annotation not placed correctly
Description
Curved/splined coverage annotation sometimes shifts along the baseline compared to how it displays in ArcInfo Workstation (Arcedit, Arcplot).
Cause
This a known problem with curved annotation that is center justified ($JUSTIFY=’CC’).
Solution or Workaround
This problem is addressed in ArcGIS 8.1 Service Pack 1. See the Related Information section to download this pack.If Service Pack 1 is not installed, change the justification ($JUSTIFY) in ArcEdit from 'CC' and make the necessary adjustments in placement.
